IECEx Zone 2 & 22 Absolute Singleturn Solid Shaft Encoder

The OCF-S101G-0016-CA30-AAE is a 16-bit singleturn optical absolute encoder from POSITAL's IXARC range. It outputs Gray-coded position over SSI with RS422 drivers, and it has Preset and direction (DIR) inputs so you can zero the output at the current shaft position or reverse the counting direction. It is ATEX-approved for Zone 2 and 22 hazardous areas. The steel housing, stainless steel shaft and corrosion-protected coating suit mining, transport and heavy manufacturing environments. It comes with 10 m of factory-fitted axial PVC cable, so no connector is needed.
