Motrona Safety Controller Direction and Standstill Monitor Fast, reliable standstill and speed monitor with variable settings, a high input frequency range up to 500 kHz and a very fast response time (< 1 ms at f > 1 kHz). Universal pulse input for all common HTL and RS422 incremental encoders and measuring systems (also possible in single-track operation). The input characteristics and the standstill definition are set via 2 front-side DIL switches. The connections are made via plug-in screw terminals. Installation in the control cabinet is achieved by simple snapping on a DIN rail (no tools or mounting accessories required). The device also has a switching function by 2 potential-free change-over output relays outputs for clockwise / counter-clockwise rotation and standstill. - Pulse input with format A, B, 90° [HTL] or A, /A, B, /B [RS422], also possible for single channel - Input frequency up to 500 kHz - 2 output relays with potential-free change-over contact (forward, reward and zero motion) - 2 transistor outputs with High-Side-Driver, short-circuit-proof - Power supply 17 ... 30 VDC - Snap-on housing for top hat rail (according to EN 60715) - DIL switch for setup of input characteristic and definition of standstill
