Description
The Motrona FM260 Signal Converter, Programmable Pulse and Frequency Multiplier is best suited for applications requiring position control, or length measurement.
The FM260 multiplies incoming signals from an incremental encoder and retransmits a proportional and reciprocal factor.
Accurate pulse multiplication taking into account the direction of rotation, therefore no cumulative pulse errors can occur.
This is done according to the following formula:
